The Trustees are responsible for the following:
- Streets
- Lights in the middle of the streets
- Signs (metal signs and entry marker)
- Curbs
- Sidewalks
- Driveway aprons (the part between the sidewalk and street)
- Common Areas (i.e. Central Park, Footbridge Park)
- Approving any building permits for exterior work on houses
In other words, everything between the edge of your lawn and the edge of the lawn across the street is maintained by the Trustees with the exceptions listed below. The Trustees employ a maintenance person to maintain these areas. You pay an annual assessment for the maintenance based on the front footage of your property. It is a required fee and due December 31 of each year. Late payments are subject to interest and missed payments become a lien against your property. If you have a problem with any of these areas call a Trustee.
